1.Add Product

To add products into warehouses, find the W.H. Product page under the Setting module, then click 'Add'. As shown below.

Fill in basic info about the product. Next, you can decide whether or not relate the product to a warehouse, as shown below. (Note: this step is not mandatory). Shippers will be able to choose the warehouses their integrators assigned them to.

When the related warehouse is selected, after clicking 'Save', the system will call the corresponding warehouse's product adding interface (providing the warehouse's interface for product adding is connected with the system). If the call is successful, the product will be added and its status shown as 'Success', as shown below. If failed, error info will show in the pop-up window.

When no related warehouse is selected, the product information will only be stored in the system. There will be no interaction with any warehouses.

To upload multiple products at a time, you can use batch upload. As shown below, click 'Batch Upload' and download the template, fill in products information following its format, then select the file and upload.

The system will then analyze the uploaded file, if there is any problem, error message will show in the pop-up window, as shown below.

2.Warehouse Relating

After a product is added, it will appear in the product list and an SKU ID will be generated. Select the product in the product list, click 'Warehouse Related', in the pop-up window, select the warehouses you wish to relate the product to, as shown below.

Note: A product's related warehouses cannot be canceled, but can be disabled. If the product has not been successfully related to a warehouse, the disable action will call the warehouse's product adding interface. If the product has been successfully related to a warehouse, the disable action will not call the warehouse's product adding interface, but only change the connection in the system.

3.Edit

To Edit product information, click 'Detail' in the Operation section and enter the product detail page (Note: under different product status, some fields may not be editable).

Click 'Save' after finished editing. If the product has been successfully sent to a warehouse, this action will call the warehouse's product adding interface. If the update is successful, a time stamp will be recorded. If failed, the system will log error message sent back from the warehouse into the failure reason field.

Note: If failure occured while calling the warehouse interface for updating product information, the product's warehouse status will remain unchanged as passed.
