Click on "Orders" and select "B2B Order" from the drop-down menu to view the basic information of first-leg orders uploaded by the logged-in account and its subordinate shippers accounts, as shown in Figure B2B Orders - List Page.
The search conditions support various order numbers including customer reference numbers, order numbers, bill of lading numbers, waybill numbers, transfer numbers, PO numbers, and FBA IDs. When the left side shows "All," all types of order numbers can be searched. If you select a specific order number type from the dropdown list, only the corresponding type of order number can be searched. Double-clicking the input area allows for bulk input of order numbers, supporting batch queries. Besides order numbers, you can also search by destination country, collection warehouse, overseas warehouse, shipper, service name, customs declaration type, creation time, expected departure date, estimated departure date, collection date, salesperson, and operator. If no search criteria are entered, clicking "Search" will display all data from the past two years.
Select the data from the list after the matching order data was found. The lower part of the page will display the number of selected orders, the declared/actual total number of boxes, the declared/actual total volume, and the declared/actual total gross weight. as shown in Figure 2B Orders List Page - Selected Orders Collective Data.
