Single Order Tracking

To view the tracking events of a single order, go to the order details page. You can check the main milestones statuses and tracking information in the respective sections. As shown in Figure B2B Orders - Event Tracking.

Adding Tracking Events

Integrators can also add tracking events if needed. Click the "Add Tracking" button in the tracking information section to add different types of order tracking events in the popup window, as shown in Figure B2B Orders -  Add Tracking Event. After filling in the necessary information, click "Confirm" to add the event.

Please note: System-generated nodes cannot be added or modified here. Manually added tracking events can be edited and deleted. Tracking information with future timestamps will only be visible to integrators until the specified future time, after which the shipper will also see the corresponding tracking information.

Multiple Orders Tracking

To query tracking events for multiple orders, select the relevant orders in the order list interface and click the "Event Tracking" button under the operation menu. This will redirect you to a page where you can view the tracking events for the selected orders, as shown in Figure B2B Orders -  Tracking Multiple Orders.

Note: This method can also be used for single-order tracking.
