Reading Guide
1. Barcode: Tracking No. or gained through scanning.
2. All time format：yyyy-MM-dd'T'HH:mm:ssZ
3. Normal order：scan -> weight -> despatch.
a) If calling the weigh API without scan, the system will generate scan tracking event
automatically. In this case, the scan time will be the same as the weight time.
b) If despatch API is not called, then need to despatch parcel by eTower manually.
4. Despatch summary after closing bag interface includes following
steps: batch scanning, weighing, bagging and forcasting.
